Both major world order transitions (Dutch→British, British→US) shared the same five co-occurring events: debt restructuring/crisis, internal revolution with wealth redistribution, external war, major currency breakdown, and emergence of a new world order. No transition has occurred without all five. For investors: currency breakdown is the mechanism through which wealth redistribution happens even when political revolution is avoided — inflation and devaluation tax holders of financial assets and transfer real wealth to holders of hard assets and income-producing property.
